We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller who can connect with jewellery retailers, introduce them our new product, understand their interest, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
The role involves speaking with jewellery shop owners, explaining the concept in a simple and convincing manner, sharing relevant information on WhatsApp, and following up with interested retailers.
Key Responsibilities
Call jewellery retailers from the provided database.
Introduce our new product.
Understand the retailer’s current product/design requirements.
Explain how the Experience Kit can be used in their showroom.
Share videos, catalogues and product information through WhatsApp.
Identify interested and qualified retailers.
Schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.
Maintain proper records of calls, responses and follow-ups.
Regularly follow up with interested prospects.
Work towards lead generation and Experience Kit conversions.
Coordinate with the field sales team for retailer visits and demonstrations.
