Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Contacting prospects to introduce products/services, build interest, and book appointments. 

• Lead Generation & Sales: Converting potential customers into buyers and achieving sales goals. 

• Inbound Call Handling: Answering customer inquiries and addressing complaints professionally. 

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate call logs, updating customer databases (CRM), and following up with leads. 

• Product Knowledge: Clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing of offerings. 

• Reporting: Documenting sales activities and results. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Persuasion: Strong negotiation and closing skills to overcome objections.

• Technical: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

• Attitude: Resilient, goal-oriented, and confident.

• Experience: Previous experience in telesales or customer service is often required.
