Explain business loan products clearly and professionally.
Conduct basic eligibility checks as per company guidelines.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule appointments for Relationship Managers and ensure accurate lead details.
Maintain proper call records and update lead status in the system.
Follow polite and ethical calling practices at all times.
Experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer engagement preferred.
Polite, confident, and persuasive phone etiquette.
Fluency in local languages and basic working knowledge of English.
Good listening skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on quality leads.
Prior experience in loan products, financial services, or NBFC/BFSI telecalling is an advantage.
Comfortable working with daily calling targets and follow-ups.
