Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
Explain property details, pricing, and project features.
Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with potential clients to maintain interest.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate projects and property sales.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Preferred Qualities:
Positive attitude and confidence.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Fluency in English and local language(s) is an advantage.
