Answer customer queries and provide relevant information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/ recovery targets.
Maintain a positive, professional demeanour at all times.

Qualifications:

Good verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
