Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join Arush Solar. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our solar products and services, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and following up with interested customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain solar products and services.
Generate and maintain customer leads.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with customers and maintain records in Excel/CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telecalling/customer support preferred but freshers can also apply
