• Manage online sales through the company website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other online platforms.

• Handle customer enquiries, explain products and convert enquiries into orders.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer records.

• Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, prices, images and product details.

• Manage online orders, order confirmation, payment follow-up and dispatch coordination.

• Coordinate with the production, packing and delivery teams for timely order processing.

• Respond to customer questions regarding products, pricing, delivery and customization.

• Maintain daily sales and enquiry reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

• Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of online selling and e-commerce platforms.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram for business.

• Ability to handle customer follow-ups professionally.

• Good typing and computer skills.

• Sales-oriented and target-focused attitude.

• Previous experience in online sales/e-commerce will be preferred.

Salary

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Sales Incentive

Experience: Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
