Job Description: Telecaller (Jr. Career Advisor)
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of Telecaller (Jr. Career Advisor). The role involves connecting with students, guiding them about courses, and encouraging them to visit the center.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided databases and marketing leads
• Handle inbound inquiries from students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM
• Ensure high energy, speed, and accuracy during calling hours
• Create urgency and excitement to improve walk-in ratios
2. Student Counseling Support
• Provide basic and clear information about courses, duration, fees, and career scope
• Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses
• Build initial rapport and trust with students/parents
• Schedule walk-ins, appointments, and demo sessions for detailed counselling
3. Follow-ups & Conversion
• Conduct regular and structured follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS
• Convert inquiries into confirmed walk-ins
• Handle objections confidently (fees, time, location, career concerns)
• Push hot and warm leads toward immediate center visits
• Ensure maximum show-up rate for scheduled walk-ins
• Coordinate effectively for walk-in scheduling and demo sessions
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Maintain daily call reports (DCR) and lead tracking sheets
• Share daily updates on calls, follow-ups, and walk-ins
• Ensure proper documentation of student interactions and feedback
• Track and update lead status regularly
Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets)
