A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products or services, answer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and generate leads. They maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up with potential and existing customers, and ensure a positive customer experience. A telecaller should have excellent communication and listening skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while meeting daily or monthly performance targets. Freshers with good communication skills are also suitable for this role.
