Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Location: Dezire Clinic, Greater Noida
Job Summary:
Dezire Clinic is seeking a confident and result-driven Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and convert inquiries into appointments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote clinic services
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into appointments
Explain aesthetic and skincare treatments to clients clearly
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Maintain and update client databases and call records
Coordinate with the front desk and therapists for appointment scheduling
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
1+ year experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
