Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (Pre-Sales)

Location: Pushpak Nagar,Panvel,Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Guest Relations Executive to manage pre-sales activities, handle client coordination, and ensure smooth and engaging site visits for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call cold and live leads to identify potential clients.

• Convince clients to schedule site visits.

• Follow up and send reminders for proposed and scheduled visits.

• Welcome clients and present project details during site visits.

• Maintain accurate client records and feedback in CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers or experienced candidates (real estate experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in explaining project details.

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Ability to handle multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
