Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented tele-sales executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will interact directly with potential customers over the phone, pitch our services/products, and drive sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Address customer queries, handle objections, and successfully close sales.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets to earn additional performance incentives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of BPO/telesales experience.

• Language Proficiency: English along with at least 2 South Indian languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).

• Work Schedule & Compensation

• Shift Timings: Day shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

• Working Days: 6 days per week

• Take-Home Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹28,000 / month, CTC: Up to ₹34,000 / month Incentives: ₹15,000 / month

• Location: Hoodi (Bengaluru)
