Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be passionate about interacting with customers over calls. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing accurate product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers by providing product and service information.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility
Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
