Needs Assessment: Listen actively to callers, understand their requirements, challenges, or goals, and match them with the right company offerings or courses. [1, 2]
Information Dissemination: Clearly explain features, pricing, benefits, eligibility criteria, and terms of services or programs. [1, 2]
Lead Conversion & Follow-ups: Maintain a robust follow-up pipeline with warm leads to convert inquiries into final registrations, admissions, or appointments. [1, 2]
CRM Management: Update call outcomes, customer details, and follow-up schedules accurately in the CRM/database software daily.
Grievance/Query Resolution: Address basic complaints or questions professionally and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary. [1, 2]
