About the Role

We are looking for a Telecalling who can effectively communicate with customers, resolve queries over the phone, promote our products, generate leads, and maintain accurate records in the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.

• Promote and merchandise company products telephonically.

• Generate leads through customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Maintain and update customer and lead information in the system.

• Record daily call details, customer responses, and follow-ups accurately.

• Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance or query resolution.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record maintenance.

Candidate Profile

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

• Comfortable handling customers over the phone.

• Ability to explain products clearly and professionally.

• Good follow-up and organizational skills.

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or data entry will be preferred.

Note: This is not a target-based role. The focus is on quality customer interaction, query resolution, product promotion, lead generation, and accurate data management.
