Job Responsibilities:

Order Confirmation Calls

• Call customers to confirm online orders

• Verify customer details, address, and product selection

• Handle customer queries related to order confirmation

• Update order status correctly in the system

After-Sales Customer Support

• Attend inbound calls from customers for:

  • Delivery status

  • Product-related queries

  • Returns, replacements & warranty support

  • Basic complaint resolution

• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, QC) when required

• Ensure polite, professional, and solution-oriented communication

Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate call logs and customer records

• Update CRM / Excel sheets daily

• Follow SOPs and escalation process properly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in Hindi & English

• Good communication & listening skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web)

• Calm, patient, and customer-friendly attitude

• Ability to handle customer objections professionally

• Prior telecalling / customer support experience preferred
