Make outbound calls to clients and prospects as per the company database.
Explain company services clearly and professionally.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and update CRM/task sheet.
Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the senior team.
Follow communication scripts and ensure high-quality customer interaction.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and updates.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduation preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident, polite, and positive attitude on calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business).
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
