Job Opening: Inside Sales / Telecalling Executive

Company: The Professional Hair Salon & Spa (India) Pvt. Ltd.

We are hiring an Inside Sales / Telecalling Executive for customer calling and order follow-ups. This role is mainly for calling customers, following up on orders, and helping in sales through our website.

Job Responsibilities:

Make calls to new and existing customers
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders
Re-follow customers multiple times until order is confirmed
Explain products and offers on call
Coordinate orders from the company website
Share order details with the internal team
Maintain basic calling and follow-up records
Complete daily and monthly calling targets

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Diploma
Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling / inside sales
Good speaking skills in Hindi and basic English
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Polite and customer-friendly nature
Ready to work in a fast-moving environment
