Job Description: Workshop Insurance Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to all customers visiting the workshop and discuss their vehicle insurance requirements.
- Identify vehicles without valid insurance and provide suitable insurance quotations.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, and premium details to customers.
- Convert insurance quotations into sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Make outbound calls to customers for insurance renewals and new policy sales.
- Follow up with customers regularly to close pending quotations.
- Coordinate with the workshop service team to generate insurance business.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, quotations, follow-ups, and policies issued.
Key Skills: Customer handling, communication, telecalling, sales conversion, follow-up, and target achievement.
Job Objective: To generate insurance business from workshop customers by converting uninsured vehicles into insured vehicles and increasing renewal and new policy sales.
