We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at at SPECTRA PERFECT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Job Description:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain property details, pricing, and project features to customers.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain customer relationships.
• Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain daily call records and update customer details in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Basic computer and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and follow up regularly.
• Prior real estate experience is an added advantage.
