JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: TELE-SALES EXECUTIVE & TELECUM COUNSELOR
LOCATION: MUMBAI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Make outbound calls to prospective students

-Provide counselling on available courses

-Convert inquiries into enrolments

-Coordinate with students and trainers

-Support and manage sales-related activities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

-1 – 3 years’ experience into Tele-Sales (Freshers may also apply)
-To make outbound calls, counsel students, and convert inquiries into admissions.

EXPERIENCE:

- 1-3 years’ experience in Tele-calling or counselling

 

SKILLS:
-Basic communication skills

-Good communication skills

-Positive attitude

-Confidence in handling calls
