We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at M24Hr Fitness Private LTD. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, promoting our products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a database of leads.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
