TeleSales Executive – Real Estate

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Uncapped Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to customers.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.

• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Generate and maintain customer interest until site visit or meeting.

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and customer meetings.

• Maintain daily call and follow-up records.

• Achieve monthly calling, lead conversion, and sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

• Confident and persuasive communication style.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications.

• Fresher candidates with a willingness to learn can apply.

• Real estate telesales experience will be an added advantage.
