You will be responsible for identifying potential clients participating in upcoming exhibitions, understanding their specific stall requirements, and creating initial presentations/proposals to secure qualified leads.

​Key Responsibilities

​Lead Generation: Research upcoming trade shows and exhibitions to identify target companies (exhibitors). Reach out to marketing managers and decision-makers via cold calling and email.

​Requirement Analysis: Have detailed discussions with clients to understand their specific needs, including:

​Stall size and floor plan.

​Budget constraints.

​Branding guidelines and design preferences.

​Presentations: Prepare and send introductory company presentations and credentials (PPTs) to showcase our past work and capabilities.

​Coordination: Act as the link between the client and our internal design team. Convey the client's brief accurately to ensure the 3D design matches their vision.

​Follow-ups: Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism to ensure our design proposals are reviewed and feedback is received.
