We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive who can connect with business owners, introduce our website design services, and convince them to build their business website with our company. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to generate new clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contact potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, or direct meetings.
2. Explain the importance of having a professional business website.
3. Promote our website design, development, and digital services.
4. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable website solutions.
5. Convince clients to design or upgrade their business website with our company.
6. Generate new leads from local businesses, Google searches, and business directories.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
8. Coordinate with the design and development team to ensure smooth project execution.
9. Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
Required Skills
1. Good communication and convincing skills.
2. Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, and online business presence.
3. Ability to handle clients professionally.
4. Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / Email communication.
Company Support
1. The company will provide a list of interested clients.
2. In addition, a database of business owners will also be provided for outreach.
3. You will need to call these business owners and inform them about the company’s services.
4. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments or meetings with interested clients for further discussion.
Qualification
1. Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
2. Experience in sales, telemarketing, or digital services will be an advantage.
