Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to manage initial client interactions, generate leads, and support the sales team in closing deals for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
Follow up with leads and nurture them until conversion
Share project details, pricing, and offers with clients
Qualify leads before assigning them to the sales team
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and leads
Ensure excellent customer experience during initial interaction
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in real estate / sales / telecalling
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of real estate market preferred
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
Good MS Excel / CRM handling skills
