Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote EdTech programs, seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions related to Medical, Engineering, and Study Abroad courses. • Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, websites, emails, and campaigns, and provide accurate information about courses and offerings.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements and convert enquiries into potential leads for the sales/admission team.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with interested students/parents to maximize lead conversion and appointment bookings.
• Maintain and update lead details, call logs, and follow-up status in the CRM/lead management system.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
