Role Description

This is a contract and remote role for a Tele calling Executive-Insurance. The Tele calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, give service reminders. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and offering appropriate assistance based on customer needs. The role requires meeting targets and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Negotiating skills

• 6 months of Experience in Tele calling in any Industry

• Freshers may also apply

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales

• Capable of dialing 250 plus calls.

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Language Proficiency - English and Kannada

Salary - INR 17,000 to INR 20,000 per month

Work Location - Mahadevpura, Near Whitefield, Bangalore

Week off - 1 Rotational
