Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

• Explain the company's products/services and convert leads into sales.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/Excel.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support (Freshers can also apply).

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphones/computers.
