Job Summary:

We are looking for a soft-spoken and sales-oriented Telecaller who will be responsible for calling students and candidates, explaining our various educational courses, and converting inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students, leads, and inquiries

• Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities

• Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel

• Handle basic queries and provide accurate information to students

• Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth onboarding

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)

• Soft-spoken and polite approach while handling calls

• Strong sales and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools, CRM)

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate

• Experience in telecalling / telesales / education counseling preferred

Salary Range (Suggested):

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) depending on experience

• Incentives based on conversions/admissions
