Job Summary

Club Viator Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Marketing Executives to join our in-house team. The primary responsibility is to generate quality leads by contacting potential customers over the phone and creating interest in our holiday membership plans. This is a lead generation role only; no direct sales are involved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the company's database.

2. Introduce the company's holiday membership services in a professional manner.

3. Generate genuine and qualified leads for the Sales Team.

4. Understand customer requirements and identify interested prospects.

5. Schedule appointments or transfer interested customers to the Sales Team when required.

6. Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM or company system.

7. Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

8. Follow company scripts, communication guidelines, and quality standards.

9. Handle customer queries politely and maintain a positive customer experience.

10. Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth lead handover.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome; candidates with telecalling, customer service, or BPO experience will be given preference.

• Good communication skills in Hindi, and Bengali.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
