# Job Title: Telecaller Executive (B2B)

Company: Capital Cure Insurance

Location: Sector 49, Spaze IT Tech Park

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role preferred: female candidates only

## Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance agents, POSP advisors, and business partners.

• Connect with inactive agents and encourage them to restart business with CapitalCure Insurance.

• Activate new insurance agents by explaining the company's business model, products, and benefits.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with insurance agents.

• Follow up with interested agents and assist them during the onboarding process.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth agent activation.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and agent status.

## Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Comfortable speaking over the phone and handling follow-ups.
