Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Explain Samridhi Software’s marketing and software services clearly and professionally.
Understand client requirements and share suitable solutions.
Generate leads and convert them into appointments/meetings.
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly.
Follow up on leads and ensure meeting confirmations.
Coordinate with the creative & sales team for scheduled meetings.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
Strong persuasion and listening skills.
Ability to build rapport over phone calls.
Basic knowledge of marketing services (training will be provided).
Confident, disciplined, and target driven.
