Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in residential real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Generate leads through, referrals, brokers, and marketing channels.
· Contact potential customers and schedule property/site visits.
· Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to clients.
· Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet sales targets.
· Conduct site visits and guide customers through the entire sales process.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Follow up with leads regularly to ensure closure.
· Coordinate with marketing and management teams for sales support.
· Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects.
· Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update lead status..
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 0-7 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to generate leads independently.
