Communicate with apartment associations, field executives, and internal teams
Plan schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor execution remotely
Track daily activities, attendance, and program status
Collect, verify, and maintain apartment, event, and MIS data
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination between teams
Maintain proper documentation and records
Ensure adherence to company policies and timelines
