We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele Calling Executive to connect with prospective and existing customers, promote General Insurance products, and generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls.
Promote and explain General Insurance products.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Follow up with customers for new business and policy renewals.
Resolve basic customer queries and provide product information.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for policy issuance.
