An Odia Telesales Executive calls potential and existing customers in Odia to promote products, explain services, and generate sales or leads.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients or business owners and handle incoming inquiries.
Pitch & Explain: Present product features, pricing, and promotional solutions (such as digital marketing, advertising, or IT services) clearly in Odia and Hindi.
Lead Conversion: Qualify leads, handle customer objections, and close sales or fix appointments for the sales team.
Follow-Ups: Maintain regular contact with interested prospects and nurture leads over time.
Data Management: Log daily call activity, update client databases, and maintain reports in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
Target Achievement: Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales or calling quotas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency:
Fluent speaking and comprehension in Odia.
Good working knowledge of Hindi.
Basic or working knowledge of English is often an advantage but optional
