About the Role

we are looking for Technical Support Executives with strong electrical and home automation knowledge to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support for Smart Home products. The role involves frequent site visits, customer interaction, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission Smart Home Automation products.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support.

• Conduct site surveys and collect technical data.

• Diagnose and resolve installation and post-installation issues.

• Test replacement products and handle warranty support.

• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.

• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, QC, and Warehouse teams.

• Maintain installation reports and service documentation.
