Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Technical Sales Executive who can bridge the gap between engineering solutions and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, handling online inquiries, and driving business growth through both digital and traditional sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Sales & Client Handling
- Understand company products/services and explain technical aspects to clients clearly.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
2. Online Sales & Communication
- Manage and respond to emails, website inquiries, and online portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Track leads and maintain proper CRM or data records.
3. Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through online research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and client satisfaction.
4. Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Suggest pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
5. Social & Digital Marketing
- Manage company presence on social media platforms.
- Create and share technical content, product updates, and promotional posts.
- Run and monitor online campaigns to generate leads.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic technical understanding (engineering/mechanical/plastic/recycling industry preferred).
- Proficiency in email communication and online sales platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media handling.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience in technical product sales or industrial machinery.
