Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative who can bridge the gap between technical understanding and sales execution. The role involves handling client enquiries, providing technical product guidance, preparing quotations, and supporting projects from enquiry to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Explain product specifications, features, and benefits to clients.

• Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure.

• Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for smooth execution.

• Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.

• Maintain CRM records, enquiries, and sales documentation.

• Support after-sales queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
