Job Description – Technical Sales Executive
Company: MMT Acoustix® (Mahabir Multi Tech Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi (Work from Office)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Department: Sales (B2B & B2C)
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, website, calls, WhatsApp and emails.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable acoustic and soundproofing solutions.
Explain technical product specifications, features, benefits and applications.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain regular customer follow-ups and build long-term business relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for samples, order processing and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports and daily follow-up updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat business.
Must have 3–5 years of sales experience in a product-based industry, preferably with hands-on IndiaMART experience.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, negotiation abilities, basic Excel knowledge and willingness to learn technical products.
