Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Read and interpret Mechanical/Civil drawings and AutoCAD drawings.
Prepare and modify basic drawings using AutoCAD when required.
Coordinate with the technical/engineering team for customized requirements.
Prepare BOQs, quotations, cost estimates and technical proposals.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
Generate new leads and develop new customer relationships.
Visit customer sites for measurements, technical discussions and requirement understanding.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals until order closure.
Explain technical specifications, product features and commercial benefits to customers.
Coordinate with production, engineering, purchase and installation/service teams.
Maintain sales pipeline and customer information.
Develop relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Monitor competitor products, pricing and market requirements.
