🎯 Role Objective

To lead and drive a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for real estate projects, ensuring high performance, lead conversion, and revenue growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives

• Achieve individual & team sales targets

• Monitor daily calling, site visits, and follow-ups

• Guide team on lead handling and closing techniques

• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews

• Ensure proper CRM updates and reporting

• Support team during client meetings and site visits

• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure closures

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales

• At least 1–2 years experience handling a sales team

• Strong leadership and closing skills

• Target-oriented with good negotiation ability

• Knowledge of local real estate market

• Good communication and presentation skills
