Team Leader- Pharma

Key Responsibilities

1. Store / Pharmacy Operations

• Supervise daily pharmacy/store operations.

• Ensure proper issue of medicines to patients.

• Maintain discipline and duty schedule of staff.

• Ensure smooth counter and billing work.

2. Stock Management

• Check medicine stock daily.

• Maintain minimum stock level.

• Coordinate with purchase department.

• Check expiry medicines.

• Maintain stock register / software.

3. Billing & Cash Control

• Monitor billing counter.

• Ensure correct billing of medicines.

• Check daily sales report.

• Coordinate with accounts department.

4. Staff Supervision

• Guide pharmacists and store staff.

• Prepare duty roster.

• Train new staff.

• Maintain attendance.

5. Coordination with Hospital

• Supply medicines to wards / ICU / OT.

• Coordinate with doctors and nurses.

• Handle urgent medicine requirement.

6. Compliance & Documentation

• Follow hospital rules.

• Maintain pharmacy records.

• Follow drug license rules.

• Ensure proper storage of medicines.

7. Customer / Patient Handling

• Handle patient queries.

• Solve complaints.

• Ensure fast service.

Required Skills

• Pharmacy / Medical store knowledge

• Team handling ability

• Stock management knowledge

• Billing software knowledge

• Good communication skills

• Responsible and disciplined

Qualification

• Graduate / D.Pharm / B.Pharm preferred

• Experience in hospital pharmacy preferred

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
