Team Leader – Insurance

Location: Park Street, Kolkata

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹5–8 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to drive insurance business.

Develop relationships with brokers, POSPs, and channel partners.

Drive partner acquisition and business growth.

Achieve team sales targets and monitor performance.

Support partners with product knowledge and policy servicing.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

2–6 years of experience in Insurance Broking, Agency, Corporate Agency, BFSI, or Insurance Sales.

Team handling experience preferred.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.
