Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Team Leader (TL) to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of proven experience as a Team Leader in the real estate industry and the ability to drive sales performance, manage leads, and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Real Estate Sales Executives.

• Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and site visit schedules.

• Ensure maximum conversion of leads into site visits and bookings.

• Conduct daily team meetings and review individual performance.

• Train team members on sales pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques.

• Track team targets, walk-ins, bookings, and overall sales performance.

• Maintain proper lead management and follow-up discipline through CRM.

• Achieve monthly team sales targets and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.

• Strong team management and leadership skills.

• Good communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Experience in handling property leads, site visits, and customer follow-ups.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a sales team.

• Knowledge of the Dombivli, Kalyan, or surrounding real estate markets is preferred.
