Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader – Inside Sales to lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives and drive consistent revenue growth through effective sales planning, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12–15 Inside Sales Representatives
Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and conversion performance
Drive B2B sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities
Assist team members in negotiations and closing high-value deals
Conduct regular training sessions, role plays, and performance reviews
Track sales pipelines and ensure targets are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis
Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and sales processes
Handle client escalations and maintain strong business relationships
Required Skills
Strong experience in B2B and Inside Sales
Prior experience in team handling and performance management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Good understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility
3–5 years of overall sales experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role preferred
Graduation preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates
