Team Leader

GLOBAL ESTCON PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced, energetic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage the sales team and ensure efficient handling of leads, inventory and daily sales operations.

The Team Leader will be responsible for team management, reporting, daily briefing, lead verification, lead follow-up, fixing client meetings and site visits, negotiation support, inventory management and property portal management including 99acres and MagicBricks.

The candidate should be a strong leader with excellent sales, communication, negotiation and follow-up skills. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
