We are hiring experienced and target-driven Car Sales Team Leaders to manage and motivate the showroom sales team while driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

The Car Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring achievement of monthly targets, handling key customers, and maintaining high standards of customer experience in the showroom.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales executive team to achieve sales targets

• Monitor daily sales activities, inquiries, and follow-ups

• Handle key customers, negotiations, and deal closures

• Support team in explaining car features, pricing, and offers

• Plan and execute sales strategies to improve conversions

• Track team performance and provide regular feedback and training

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams

• Ensure proper documentation, billing, and vehicle delivery process

• Maintain discipline, showroom display, and sales process standards

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi

• Strong sales attitude with a positive, result-oriented mindset

• Leadership and team motivation skills

• Customer handling and negotiation abilities

• Basic reporting and follow-up management skills
