Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader (RP/ARP/SRP)to join our team at at Bajaj Life. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹19,000 - ₹22,000 (Pay for Performance + Allowance) along with lucrative Monthly Incentives and PF and opportunities for career growth.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
